This flag is very similar to the current Gorgia flag, except that the pillars and the dude have been replaced by a four-pointed star. It is based on a Confederate flag, to be specific, the "Stars and Bars" flag. The red, white, and blue, represent the United States. The four-pointed star represents Georgia becoming the 4th state.
I don't think Georgia will be willing to change its flag very soon, because they have gone through three flags in less than a year.
