The city of Sydney, Australia, currently does have a flag, with a flag and a flag and a flag on a flag with another flag. Really. Oh, yeah, and a ship.
I designed this flag for Sydney trying to come up with a simple but good-looking design. I placed a seven-pointed star, a national symbol of Australia, in the place of honor, the canton. I gave the flag a red background, with yellow and blue stripes representing Sydney Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. The colors were taken from Sydney's current flag.
