Virginia

This Virginia flag design resembles the flag of the United States. The ten stars represent Virginia becoming the 10th state to enter the Union. The five-pointed star represents the United States, and so does the red, white, and blue. The six stripes on the bottom of the flag represent the six United States Presidents that were born in Virginia, giving Virginia the nickname "Mother of Presidents". The nine small stars are arranged in a "V" pattern, representing Virginia.

The current Virginia flag is bad, since it's got the state seal on a field of blue, which makes it very hard to recognize among 24 other U.S. states with complicated designs on their flags. Virginia has a lot of American history, and it should be reflected in the state's flag.

This design is not accurate as eight presidents were born in Virginia, Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, William Henry Harrison, Tyler, Taylor and Wilson.

I like it. If I lived in Virginia, I would want it for Virginia's flag.
